ANNUAL ARAPAHOE BASIN BEACH BBQ
LAST ALPINE SKI TRIP OF THE SEASON-April 21-22,2006


This will be a CAR-POOL TRIP. For those who choose to leave the night before and avoid the early
morning drive, we will be staying at the Arapahoe Inn, directly across from the Goat, at Keystone. This is
about 7 miles from A-Basin. The hotel offers a large hot tub, small refrigerators and microwaves in the
rooms, and a limited continental breakfast in the AM; but keep in mind the Goat serves an excellent
breakfast burrito. Double thru Quad occupancy price includes free tickets.
The cost for the trip per person will be (quoted price assumes you have paid club dues):
$49.00 for 2 people for just the motel room, $24.50 each person
$120.00 for 2 people with 2 lift tickets, $60.00 each person including lift ticket
Lift Tickets $35.50 each.

The above trip price includes room for one night (Friday 4/21), one day lift ticket for Saturday April 22,
beverages and BBQ - provided by Del's 1-2 Competition BBQ Team - served at the A-Basin Beach near
the Exhibition triple chairlift. Since this is a car pool trip, you must BYOB - PLEASE REMEMBER
THE DESIGNATED DRIVER CONCEPT!! You are encouraged to stay Friday night to avoid parking
problems at the Basin and morning I-70 traffic, get the best lift ticket price, and a good night's sleep.

OTHER PRICING OPTIONS:

1) For those that want to drive down Saturday, tickets are available at King Soopers
2) If you don't need a ticket and do not choose lodging: YOU MUST STILL SIGN
UP WITH THE TRIP CAPTAINS. Trip captains need an accurate head count for the BBQ
caterer. NO NOTICE, NO BBQ!

FULL PAYMENT is due by April 6th. You designate who your roommates will be to the trip captains for triple and quad rooms. PLEASE ALSO CLEARLY ARTICULATE YOUR LIFT TICKET AND LODGING NEEDS TO THE TRIP CAPTAINS. We will be looking for volunteers to be designated drivers.

The Arapahoe Inn is at Rasor Lane and US 6 in Keystone, CO. The hotel is directly across from the
GOAT, and the Mountain House and Peru lift at Keystone Resort. The hotel is also next to Mountain
View Plaza. Hotel is 7 miles form A-Basin.

Take I-70 west from Denver through the tunnel to Silverthome-Dillon exit. At exit ramp, go left under
the Interstate on US 6 back towards Loveland Pass. Go about 8 miles or so into Keystone. You will see the
hotel on the left. Look for the flashing pedestrian crosswalk sign, Rasor Lane is the only crosswalk in
Keystone with this traffic device.
